    Pozitioned offers levels of engagement from which you can select a suitable number of hours per month that works with your company's goals. Our company operates as an embedded strategic coach for the agreed goals to support your board and executive team.
  • What are the engagement levels?
    We provide a simple tiered system as follows Advisor $2000/m Ideal if you want to receive insight to a specific problem or goal. This level provides 5hrs of contact per month and can be used to manage brand alignment, product development, positioning, market fit, due diligence and board level technology communication and vision. Adopter $5000/m Ideal for the product development, delivery or maintenance phase of a company strategy. This level offers 15hrs of contact per month and suits a board or executive team embarking on a digital transformation or new product journey but lack a technologist to provide an independent view of both brand and technology. Research and GTM - POA If you are looking to innovate, create something new or introducing a completely new technology. We have designed, branded and commercialised projects with comprehensive stakeholder management in academic, private and public companies by engaging R&D and strategic relationships on behalf of the client. Simply get in contact and we'll give you a hand!
  • How to you deliver the advice?
    We generally provide our services via zoom and Miro board for general advice! Some engagement may be face to face such as research engagements with Universities which require more stakeholder management.
  • How do I engage a research project?
    If you have a research question you'd like answered by an independent academic institution or want to develop IP in collaboration with a research institute we can help deploy and manage the program on your behalf. It's as simple as contacting us with your research proposal and we can advise you on which institution may be interested.
  • Who is Pozitioned.com?
    Pozitioned is a trading name of Finswiss Research Pty Ltd (Finswiss). Pozitioned is the client facing brand of our product development methodology developed by Camille Zufferey called BPT Strategic Model (Brand Product-deploy on Technology). Finswiss is the product and technology designer of the Envirolabs.io platform and products, a collaborative research endeavour between the stakeholders and the University of New South Wales. The company also engages in product development and research in sustainable technology, Ai and LLM, and blockchain usage and market fit from a brand centric methodology.
